Shipping Terms

Processing Time:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for ready-to-ship items will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Custom Orders: Custom jewelry orders typically require a processing time of 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. You will be provided with an estimated completion date upon confirmation of your order.

  • Vintage Items: Vintage items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Shipping (Within the USA):

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

  • International Shipping:

    • Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days

    • Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package. Customers will have the option to choose their preferred shipping method.

Tracking and Insurance:

  • All shipments will include tracking information, which will be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

  • Orders over $100 will be insured at no additional cost to the customer. Insurance for orders under $100 is available upon request for an additional fee.

Customs and Duties:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: These items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Vintage Items: Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, they are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or significantly misrepresented.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email] within the specified return window. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.

  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including any certificates, warranties, or other accessories.

  4. Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  5. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for ready-to-ship items only. To exchange an item, follow the same steps as the return process. Please specify the item you wish to receive in exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom orders (unless damaged or defective)

  • Vintage items (unless damaged or significantly misrepresented)

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (final sale)

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a description of the issue and include photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
